Kas is situated two hours drive from Dalaman airport or three hours drive from Antalya airport. Travelling by bus from Antalya takes three hours.
The apartment is situated in the exclusive and picturesque Kas peninsula, in a house with only six apartments. The building lies in the closest to the sea row of houses and has own swimming-pool as well as access to the sea, and is surrounded by a garden. Several stone sun terraces are made just next to the ladder for swimming.
In Kas area the mountains descend directly into the sea, which fascinates with its rich life and colours of fish and sea vegetations that can be observed in diving trips as well as snorkelling just a few meters our from the ladder leading into the water.
Minibus runs to and from the town once per hour and takes about 10 minutes. There is a dolphin park on the peninsula.
Surroundings:
Kas lies in a beautiful bay with many small islands. Boat trips to Greek and Turkish islands depart daily from the harbour of Kas. Kas is also a world-famous diving centre due to the clear and deep water.
A wonderful Kaputas beach is just 20 minute drive from Kas, and within a driving distance of 1 hour lies Turkey's biggest sand beach. There are 8000 inhabitants in Kas, the characteristics of the town is arts and crafts. Read more about Kas
Apartment
The 100 m2 appartment has a big kitchen - living room, 3 bedrooms (one king-size bed, 2 single iron beds, and 2 single wooden beds) and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has ADSL but no television, and it is equipped with brand new washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The living room has a balcony with a wonderful view to the mountains and the sunset.
The apartment sleeps 6 persons, with 2 extra places in the living-room. All rooms are air-conditioned. The place is perfect for 2 couples or a family with children.
The price is 615 Euro per week during June - August, and 455 Euro per week during the rest of the year. Reduction can be discussed if renting the apartment for several weeks.
